We try to process all returns as quickly as possible so you can get your refund. You should receive a confirmation email within one week of returning the item, but sometimes it takes longer.
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method you used when placing your order.
If your order was paid for partially or fully with a gift card, the refund will be issued as a gift card or voucher up to the value of the gift card you used. Any remaining funds will then be refunded to your other payment method.
